Founded by Albert Ray Hernandez Jr., a construction expert with over 27 years of hands-on experience, T.R.A.D.E. was created to help DIYers avoid costly mistakes by offering personalized guidance, digital planning, and real-world construction advice. Whether you're remodeling a kitchen, building a deck, or updating a bathroom, we walk you through the process step by step so you do it right the first time.

Our name, T.R.A.D.E., stands for: Teach, Renovate, Advise, Develop, and Empower. We offer one-on-one Zoom consultations, phone support, and local on-site visits (when available). You’ll also receive custom CAD plans, materials lists, and trusted subcontractor referrals everything you need to succeed. We don’t just help you build projects we help you build skills. Our mission is to save families money while passing down knowledge that lasts for generations.
